While subscribing to a paid plan, you will be offered to way to do it: through Fondy payment gate and BlueSnap payment gate.

By default, you would be offered to pay through Fondy. If for some reason it didn't work, try to pay through BlueSnap.

Occasionally the bank can block payments to avoid fraudulent usage of your credit card. In this case, we always recommend a quick phone call to your bank to ensure it is you attempting to make this purchase.
